How does edentiti voice verification work?

1Person calls a phone number.

2Caller asked to say their pass phrase.

3Edentiti determines who has called by evaluating three factors:

  • VoicePrint (something you are)
  • Pass Phrase Content (something you know)
  • Device used to Call (something you have)

4Caller is authenticated and passed to the Operator.
