Partnership with Dun & Bradstreet

May 28th, 2014 @ 5:29 PM

Edentiti is proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), the world's leading source of commercial information and insight. We now offer D&BgreenID, a solution that offers customers a stronger, more flexible verification service.

The partnership means we're able to offer a comprehensive range of data sources to deliver a multi-stage verification solution. It is further enhanced by access to the Document Verification Services (DVS) which will improve customer experience by providing secondary opportunity for verification. Initial testing showed a 15 per cent uplift in verifications, and when combined with credit bureau data, match rates increased by up to 90 per cent.

As the leading electronic verification vendor in Australia, Edentiti is excited about the new relationship and the direction in which it will take the company. Current customers can be assured there will be no change to the level of customer support and verification services provided by the Edentiti team. We are committed to you and will continue to provide the same high level, seamless integration and top results we always have.

For more information regarding the D&B partnership, please contact James Smith, Chief Executive Officer, Edentiti (02) 9024 2424.

Edentiti wins the Best Digital ID Innovation award at the 2014 Smart Awards

May 2nd, 2014 @ 10:13 AM

Edentiti together with our partner IDchecker exhibited the Cards & Payments Conference in Singapore late April. The conference was a great opportunity to meet local, regional and global organisations and introduce them to our greenID solution. We are pleased to have signed our first customer in the Asian market and discussions with a number of other companies are well advanced.

On top of this, the team was honoured to be nominated by Orbit Remit for the Best Digital ID Innovation award. The Edentiti team are proud to have been announced as the winners of this category at the 2014 Smart Awards during the event.

The whole event provided huge encouragement to Edentiti as we move forward with our push to international markets.

Edentiti will be attending The Customer Show at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 14 – 15 May. All are welcome to attend. Register here.

Edentiti becomes the inaugural Gateway Service Provider for the DVS

September 3rd, 2013 @ 10:46 PM

Edentiti is pleased to announce that the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department, acting as the Secretariat for Council of Australian Governments ("COAG"), has approved Edentiti Pty Limited as the inaugural Gateway Service Provider ("GSP") to the Document Verification Service ("DVS").

Edentiti, via our greenID online identity verification product, is now an authorised GSP for the DVS.

There are many advantages in using the DVS including greater data source stability and, with some sources, an expansion in the data that can be matched at field level.

Applications by our Business Users to access the DVS are now being accepted by both Edentiti (as a GSP) and ultimately the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Department.
